TACO PIZZA

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Envelope Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Can Pizza Dough (Pillsbury)
1 Can Black Beans
2 Cups Shredded Chedder or Mexican Blend Cheese
1/2 cup Chopped Tomatos
1/4 Cup Sliced Black Olives
Shredded Lettuce
4 Whole Corn Tortillas, Sliced into thin Strips
1/2 Cup Canola Oil, For Frying

Heat Oven to 375 Degrees

Brown ground beef and drain. Add 1/2 Envelope of Taco Seasoning. set aside

Pour black beans into saucepan. Add Taco Seasoning to taste and heat up beans over Medium-Low heat. Use potato masher to mash the beans to desired texture. Continue cooking/heating beans. Stirring occasionally, until no longer runny. (should be texture of refried beans. set aside

In a Small skillet, heat canola oil over medium heat, when hot enough to fry. Drop in the tortilla strips in batches, frying quickly anf removing from oil with a fork when crisp- about 30 to 45 secounds per batch. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. set aside

unroll pizza dough unto a baking sheet, bake for 11 to 13 mins (Just until golden brown)

Spread beans over warm crust creating a thin layer. Top with cooked beef, Tomatoes, Olives and Sprinkle with Cheese. Return to Oven for 3-6 More Minutes until cheese ia melted.

Serve immediately.
