Cheap and Easy Picnic

For a easy picnic just make chicken mixture and tuna mixture and put it in a tube, so when your at your picnic you can make your sandwich there so it doesn't get soggy. Don't for get to bring a knife so you can spread it on your bread.

Buy some chips you could even do some kind of dip. like french onion dip- all you need is French Onion Dip Mix and Sour Cream and mix together.

Buy box of 12 Shasta its good and cheap for a drink.

Chicken Sandwich

servings 4

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/3 cup chopped celery

2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

1 (9.75 ounce) can Swanson® Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

8 slices of bread

1. Stir the mayonnaise, celery, onion and chicken in a medium bowl.
2. Divide the chicken mixture among 4 bread slices.

Tuna Sandwich

serving 4

1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Sprinkle dried onions

relish (depends on how much you want)

8 slices of bread

1. In a large bowl combine tuna, mayonnaise, onions and relish
2. Divide the tuna mixture among 4 bread slices
