Funeral Potatoes

This is how my mom makes them and we have them every easter i always look forward to having them. its so yummy and so easy to make. Hope you like

 

1 Bag frozen hash browns/regular size

1 can cream chicken soup

1 pt sour cream

2 cups shredded sharp cheese

1 medium onion

dice onion - (I like to sautee it in butter, it makes it 10x better)

mix soup- sour cream - onion - then add cheese and mix all together

spray 9x13 with Pam *  

put hash browns in pan - (Sometimes I don't use the whole bag if it comes up to high.)
Frost potatoes with mixture

  

 

 Bake 350 deg - it takes about 30-40 minutes just test them in the middle to see if they are hot.

When i take it out, I mix it all up.
